Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Roadway Design Engineer in South Carolina, with opportunities in Charleston or Columbia. You will join a full-service team delivering plans for SCDOT, local governments, and private developers.

You will design transportation projects, coordinate with diverse engineers, and learn from senior staff while contributing to roundabouts, bridge/interchange works, and bike/ped facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of transportation infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of design plans for transportation projects.
• Coordinate work with multiple engineering disciplines and drafting/CADD.
• Perform engineering calculations and interpret drawings and specs.
