You will lead transportation and infrastructure projects from concept through design and construction, directing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships with railroads, municipalities, and agencies.

The role emphasizes coordination of scope, schedule, budget, and risk, plus mentoring staff and supporting business development

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of transportation, civil infrastructure, or related engineering experience.
• Experience managing complex transportation projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Public interaction and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Manage transportation and infrastructure projects from conceptual planning through design and construction support for public and private sector clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for track, civil, drainage, utility, roadway, and facility-related transportation projects.
• Serve as primary client contact while developing and maintaining relationships with railroads, municipalities, governmental agencies, and industrial clients.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, quality control, risk management activities, and project delivery efforts.
• Assist with preparation of construction documents including plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Support business development initiatives through proposal development, client engagement, project interviews, and strategic pursuit planning.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff while promoting professional growth and technical excellence.
