Garver in Kansas City, Missouri, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Transportation Team. You will lead transportation and infrastructure projects from concept through design and construction, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and serving as the primary client contact with railroads, municipalities, and agencies.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program, is a licensed PE, and has 10+ years of relevant experience plus strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing.
• 10+ years of transportation or civil infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex transportation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Public sector and client coordination experience.

Responsabilidades

• Managing transportation and infrastructure projects from conceptual planning through design and construction support for public and private clients.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for track, civil, drainage, utility, roadway, and facility-related transportation projects.
• Serving as a primary client contact while developing and maintaining relationships with railroads, municipalities, governmental agencies, and industrial clients.
• Coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, quality control, risk management activities, and project delivery efforts.
• Assisting with preparation of construction documents including plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Supporting business development initiatives through proposal development, client engagement, project interviews, and strategic pursuit planning.
• Mentoring engineers, designers, and technical staff while promoting professional growth and technical excellence.
