Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years of transportation, civil infrastructure, or related engineering experience.
• Experience managing complex transportation projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Public interaction and stakeholder coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing transportation and infrastructure projects from conceptual planning through design and construction support for public and private sector clients.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for track, civil, drainage, utility, roadway, and facility-related transportation projects.
• Serving as a primary client contact while developing and maintaining relationships with railroads, municipalities, governmental agencies, and industrial clients.
• Coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, quality control, risk management activities, and project delivery efforts.
• Assisting with preparation of construction documents including plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Supporting business development through proposal development, client engagement, project interviews, and strategic pursuit planning.
• Mentoring engineers, designers, and technical staff while promoting professional growth and technical excellence.
