Qualifications

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Experience managing projects for FDOT, counties, municipalities, or other public-sector clients.
• Strong understanding of FDOT standards, project delivery processes, and transportation design.
• Ability to lead teams, develop staff, and build long-term client relationships.
