Qualifications

• 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation projects for local and state agencies.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.
• Possess technical knowledge of roadway and infrastructure engineering, to oversee transportation designs and plan development.
• Provide guidance and leadership to design teams, ensuring documents meet contractual requirements and align with QA standards, with stamping ability.
• Assist in cultivating and maintaining client relationships, support project delivery, and act as Client Team Lead as appropriate.
• Promote staff development, career growth, and effective project delivery.
