David Evans and Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex roadway and highway projects across Southern California, focusing on District 8 or 12.

You will collaborate with clients and agency partners, mentor staff, and guide multidisciplinary design teams to ensure high-quality transportation solutions. The role blends project management, design leadership, and business development, with opportunities to advance within the Roads & Highways

Qualificações

• 10+ years of transportation engineering experience with at least 5 years in PM or design lead.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage transportation projects for local and state agencies.
• Deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for roadway and infrastructure design and plan development.
• Guide design teams to meet contractual requirements and DEA quality standards and stamp plans.
• Support business development and pursue client opportunities as appropriate.
• Promote staff development and career growth within the team.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the California Roads & Highways group.
• Adhere to firm-wide tools, processes, and policies including project accounting and contracting.
