Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of transportation project design and delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of project and staff management experience.
• Experience leading design teams and managing scopes, fees, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
