Qualifications

• Requires ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
• Licensed PE in Texas or ability to obtain within six months.
• 5–10 years of transportation or municipal engineering experience.
• Experience with municipal roadway and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of municipal transportation projects.
• Prepare and review roadway, drainage, and PS&E packages per standards.
• Support project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.
