Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Austin, TX seeks a senior project management professional to lead GEC County Road Bond Programs. You will oversee consultants, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver complex transportation projects in Central Texas.

This role requires PE or equivalent, strong leadership, and ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams, review plans for compliance, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8 years of relevant experience in project management or Deputy PM roles.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist with contract preparation.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Assist with client scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
