CONSOR Engineers is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer / Group Leader to provide technical, operational, and leadership oversight for transportation construction projects in Arizona. You will lead QA/QC, oversee delivery, and mentor staff while supporting business development and client relationships.

You will supervise complex projects, coordinate field operations, and foster growth across the regional practice.

Formación

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in transportation engineering and/or construction management.
• PE license in Arizona or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• ADOT construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and expand capabilities in complex transportation construction projects, focusing on QA/QC and project delivery.
• Provide leadership across Arizona with travel and temporary assignments as needed.
• Support business development, opportunity pursuit, client relationships, and interviews.
