Job summary

Consor seeks a Senior Resident Engineer / Group Leader to provide technical, operational, and leadership oversight for transportation construction projects in Arizona. You will lead QA/QC, supervise staff, and contribute to business development and client relationships.

The role supports project delivery and growth initiatives within Consor’s Construction Management group, with potential travel across the region and leadership responsibilities for a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in transportation engineering and/or construction management.
• Proven experience leading complex transportation construction projects for public agencies.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and team leadership.
• Experience with the full consulting lifecycle: positioning, proposals, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand CONSOR’s capabilities in complex transportation construction projects, focusing on QA/QC consulting.
• Provide leadership across Arizona with assignments that may require travel or temporary relocation.
• Support business development, including pursuit strategies and client relationships.
• Prepare statements of qualifications, proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
