Job summary

HNTB in DeLand, FL and Lake Mary, FL seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure programs, overseeing scope, schedule, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will engage with clients, prepare technical proposals, and drive delivery through high-performance leadership. A PE license and FDOT knowledge are preferred; 8+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as client liaison; manage project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical tasks: analysis, reports, design, specs, production.
• Lead project delivery plan; mentor staff and manage project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships; prepare proposals.
• Contribute to staff retention and succession planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
