Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing and delivering transportation projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project team to deliver on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and internal partners to solve design issues.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Mentor staff and oversee staffing, performance reviews, and resource planning.
• Support business development and client relationship building for strategic projects.
