Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee one or more major projects from scope through completion in Florida. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing budget and schedule, and maintaining client communications to achieve HNTB’s 4-for-4 performance goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience, plus at least 4 years of engineering project management. Locations include Lake Mary or DeLand, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project scope, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan and supervise team to achieve objectives.
• Oversee project staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development with client relationships and pursuit activities for mega projects.
