Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license with ability to obtain registration in OR and WA within six months.
• 15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience focusing on transportation, infrastructure, drainage, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary transportation and transit projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
