Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of transportation design principles, techniques, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and manage technical performance across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering components of transportation-focused projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate phases of engineering work on major projects.
• Supervise and mentor project team members.
• Conduct site visits to support project development.
• Develop design plans using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
