Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of state DOT design standards and AASHTO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review advanced engineering calculations for roadway projects.
• Conduct field surveys, site investigations, and audits.
• Develop plans, profiles, and design drawings in AutoCAD/MicroStation.
• Assist in proposals, work plans, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Respond to RFIs, review submittals, edit specifications, and cost estimates.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews and client meetings.
