The candidate will manage highway projects of substantial scope, requiring a PE, strong communication, and contract management skills to drive delivery and client relations.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related technical/business field.
• At least 20 years of related work experience on large-scale transportation projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation engineering programs in Northern California.
• Manage projects with values up to and exceeding $500 million.
• Coordinate with CALTRANS and regional clients and manage design documents.
