Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead highway and transportation infrastructure projects in Fresno, California. You will coordinate scope, schedules, and budgets with Caltrans, local agencies, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering practical solutions for Central Valley communities.

The role requires a California PE, a civil engineering degree, and 10+ years of relevant experience in major transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Experience with Caltrans Task Orders for PA/ED and PS&E.
• Knowledge of Caltrans standards and AASHTO.
• Strong design background in transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a company representative with clients, Caltrans, local agencies, and subcontractors during project execution.
• Coordinate and monitor project scope, schedules, and budgets for Caltrans and other California transportation projects.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure Caltrans and California standards are met.
• Monitor productivity, milestones, and schedules; communicate risks to leadership.
