Job summary

The role requires a PE license in Missouri, strong client relations, and proficiency in design software (MicroStation/AutoCAD, Civil3D/OpenRoads). Travel to job sites will be required. Salary range $95k-$145k with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer in Missouri.
• Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs.
• Track multiple projects to keep jobs on schedule and under budget.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using CAD platforms (MicroStation or AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of highway design packages (OpenRoads, Geopak, Civil3D).
• Strong analytical thinking for transportation analyses.
• Prepare and write engineering and other reports.
• Coordinate and respond to project solicitations.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
• Develop business in the Illinois region.
• Field visits on rough terrain as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
