Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Management Senior Manager to lead roadway and bridge design projects in West Virginia, with duties spanning scope, budget, and client coordination. The role is hybrid with offices in Kenova or Morgantown.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, 10 years in transportation, a WV PE license (or reciprocity), and proven leadership; relocation and sponsorship are not available. Onboarding begins Day 1 at an AECOM location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10 years of experience in transportation projects or equivalent.
• WV PE license or reciprocity within 6 months.
• 2 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Experience scoping/estimating complex roadway/bridge projects.
• Experience tracking and managing project budgets and schedules.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in roadway/bridge design for transportation projects with WVDOH and local agencies.
• Perform business development and marketing to generate future work.
• Project scoping and budget development for complex projects.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public.
• Manage transportation projects including financial, schedule, and design task management.
