Qualifications

• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region, possibly as Project Technical Leader.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for Traffic and Revenue studies.
• Coordinate project technical content, provide QA/QC, and mentor junior staff.
• Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of work products.
