You will collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Safety, and Sales to align priorities, develop leadership capabilities, and deliver strong financial and service outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in transportation, logistics, or related operations.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Transportation Support Services operations and meet departmental goals.
• Develop leaders and build organizational effectiveness across managers and supervisors.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans with resource and execution strategies.
• Monitor performance, workforce effectiveness, and customer trends to identify risks and improvements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning activities.
