Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of transportation, logistics, supply chain, contact center operations, or related business experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing supervisors or multi-level teams.
• Experience leading large-scale operational teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to implement operational improvements and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Transportation Support Services operations to meet goals and priorities.
• Develop managers, supervisors, and leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans, resources, and execution strategies.
• Monitor performance, trends, and metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Recommend staffing, process, and efficiency improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning activities.
• Collaborate across departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and remove barriers.
• Oversee technology enhancements and process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for major issues affecting service delivery and performance.
