Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5+ years in a call center/logistics environment with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading large teams and multiple leadership levels.
• Logistics, fleet, transportation or customer service experience preferred.
• Advanced computer proficiency for reporting and workforce management.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across departments and levels.
• Regular, predictable full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the TSS operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing levels, productivity, service levels, and schedules.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and partners; handle escalations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and present performance updates to department leadership.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and development.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Foster safety, accountability, customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage operating expenses and ensure accurate cost allocations.
