Qualifications

• 5+ years related logistics and supply chain experience required.
• At least 3 years managerial or supervisory experience required.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; degree required for advancement to most positions.
• Proficiency with computers including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel, work schedule as required, and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and develop direct reports through training and succession planning.
• Interact daily with the customer to identify needs and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Develop and manage annual financial and operating plans and ensure accuracy of P&L, billing, payroll, and intercompany charges.
• Monitor safety, enforce policy compliance, and drive a safe workplace.
• Track value delivered to the customer and identify profitable opportunities to improve efficiency and costs.
• Monitor and improve fleet/equipment utilization and coordinate with PTL district and vendors.
