The role focuses on defining requirements, implementing new strategies, and standardizing KPI reporting across segments to improve service levels and profitability. You will also oversee AI/Automation initiatives, develop solutions, and lead a team to deliver operational excellence while managing risks and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory planning.
• Experience with financial management and KPI development.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for transportation operations and implement new strategies.
• Own KPI reporting and standardization across segments.
• Implement AI and automation initiatives.
• Develop and deploy transportation solutions and establish controls.
• Provide supervisory control of transportation team to meet service levels.
