Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager, Transportation Support Services to lead and optimize the TSS operations across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will drive leadership development, operational planning, and strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and scalability.

The role partners with IT, HR, Finance, Safety, and Sales to execute cross-functional programs, and requires strong analytical skills, budgeting, and a proven track record of leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of transportation, logistics, supply chain, contact center operations, or related business experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience, including management of supervisors, managers, or multi-level leadership teams.
• Experience leading large-scale operational teams and managing organizational performance across multiple functions or service areas.
• Experience developing and implementing operational improvements, process optimization initiatives, and organizational change efforts.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Transportation Support Services operations, ensuring consistent execution of goals and priorities.
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and functional leaders.
• Translate departmental objectives into operational plans and execution strategies.
• Monitor performance, workforce effectiveness, customer trends, and department metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Safety, and Sales to execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead implementation of technology enhancements and process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and serve as escalation point.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
