Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience and training with large class vehicle operation, maintenance and repair.
• Graduation from high school or GED certification.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, diagnoses, and repairs complex bus and automotive systems.
• Repairs and replaces equipment to meet standards and regulations.
• Uses specialized power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance including braking, lighting, and drive-train components.
• Supports inspections and safety compliance for NC school transportation.
