• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations and ability to manage high volumes of shipments.

• Serve as main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor transportation performance and address delays, capacity constraints, and service disruptions.
