Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain support.
• Experience working directly with freight carriers, routing, and shipping documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily transportation coordination activities, including complex scheduling, routing, and shipment prioritization.
• Serves as a point of contact for carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated transportation issues.
• Monitors transportation performance, proactively addressing delays, capacity constraints, and service disruptions.
• Maintains accurate and compliant transportation documentation, logs, and records.
• Contributes to preparation of transportation performance and cost reports to support operational decision-making.
• Supports compliance with DOT regulations and internal transportation policies, identifying and addressing risks as needed.
• Contributes to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and service reliability.
