• Experience with transportation/logistics or regulatory issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with strong advocacy.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Prepare case analysis reports for clients and stakeholders.
