The role emphasizes safe vehicle operations, driver coaching, and coordinating with clinic teams to support participants and enrollees. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; professional experience may be substituted.
• DMV pull notice and random substance testing participation required; background check.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a public or private transportation setting.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with mentoring responsibilities.
• Must be eligible to drive under WelbeHealth’s auto insurance program; driver age: generally 25+.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor the Transportation team.
• Attend and participate in IDT meetings and clinic huddles.
• Conduct driver ride-alongs to observe performance and coach drivers.
• Address performance and conduct issues, including discipline and escalations.
• Oversee vehicle safety, PMI oversight, vendor compliance, and routine service scheduling.
• Manage fleet documentation and inventory; support scheduling to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
