Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Transportation and/or Cross Dock operation is required.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and compliance requirements is required.
• Experience with dedicated delivery operations within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer/vendor contract requirements are administered and enforced.
• Maximize the performance of the site inventory management system.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for associates.
• Implement associate performance reviews, individual development plans and succession plans.
• Oversee execution of workshop action plans and projects.
