• Cross-Functional: supervise IID planning and investment program efforts and coordinate with other divisions and districts.
• Financial and Federal Funds Management: supervise financial analysis, reporting and reconciliation per guidelines.
• Local Programs Support: supervise IID activities for local and state-wide coordination.
• Planning: coordinate statewide policy implementation for pre-project development and stakeholder coordination.
• Portfolio Development and Management: update funding levels and align resources for construction program delivery across years.
