The position offers latitude to independently choose procedures, with duties that may involve varied methods and processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of related experience in research, analysis, planning, bidding, or administration of highway construction and maintenance projects or managing transit grant programs.
• Travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Research, analyze, and project financial trends for highway maintenance.
• Assist in preparation and review of expenditure schedules, budget narratives, and work accomplishment data.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and modeling for budget maintenance, change requests, projections, and cost trends.
• Exercise latitude to independently choose procedures and guidelines to apply to tasks.
