Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in consultancy.
• Licensed Professional Engineer certification.
• Proven track record delivering transportation design projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and sub-contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Represent the firm in markets, locations, and industry associations.
• Oversee project scope, deliverables, timelines, and change orders.
• Provide technical roadway design delivery on large-scale projects.
• Mentor mid-level and junior staff and guide project direction.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates.
• Maintain project schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Identify local prospects and participate in project pursuits.
• Foster client relationships and build a strong network.
