Shrewsberry & Associates in Bellevue, WA seeks a senior project manager for civil engineering programs focused on transportation design. You will lead multi-discipline teams, manage budgets and schedules, develop proposals, and maintain client relationships across Washington, with some travel to other offices.

Responsibilities include delivering complex roadway projects on time and within budget, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development under the Director/Principal.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong track record delivering transportation design projects.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Shrewsberry personnel and sub-contractors to meet deliverables within budget.
• Represent Shrewsberry in locations, markets, and industry associations.
• Ensure engineering services meet professional standards and client requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of projects including scope, deliverables, timelines, change orders, cost control, staffing and quality control.
• Provide technical delivery of complex roadway designs on large projects.
