Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong track record delivering transportation design projects.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shrewsberry personnel and sub-contractors to meet deliverables within budget.
• Represent Shrewsberry in locations, markets, and industry associations.
• Ensure engineering services meet professional standards and client requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of projects including scope, deliverables, timelines, change orders, cost control, staffing and quality control.
• Provide technical delivery of complex roadway designs on large projects.
