Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Transportation Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Civil, Transportation or related business degree required.
• Professional Engineer license (PE) in CA required.
• 20+ years of experience leading Southern California transportation project pursuits and delivery teams.
• Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Pre-employment background check and E-Verify compliance.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages key client relationships and industry leadership.
• Coordinates with clients, regulators, engineering disciplines and sub-consultants for project pursuits and delivery.
• Identifies resources to maintain and expand leadership and market competitiveness.
• Leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver plans, specifications, and reports to clients and partners.
• Monitors, tracks and reports engineering, schedule, and budget progress.
