Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil, Transportation or related business degree required.
• Professional Engineer license (PE) in CA required.
• 20+ years of experience leading Southern California transportation project pursuits and delivery teams.
• Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Pre-employment background check and E-Verify compliance.

As part of the Transportation Group, the Senior Transportation Engineer leads multidisciplinary teams in the identification, pursuit, and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, including highway, roadway, bridge, transit and rail design across the state, US and internationally.

• Builds and manages key client relationships through deep client knowledge, client relationships, and industry leadership
• Coordinates and collaborates with clients, regulatory/review entities, engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, for successful project pursuits and project delivery

• Leads a multi-disciplinary team of planners, designers, business analysts, and other disciplines to successfully deliver project plans, specifications, reports, and other deliverables and outcomes to clients and partners

Qualifications:

Working conditions:

Majority of work is office based.

Base salary range:

$274,000 to $360,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting the required qualifications in the job description.

Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California market.
