Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Transportation focus.
• Five years of experience in transportation engineering/planning.
• Arizona PE registration or reciprocal PE is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Determine traffic and parking control needs and manage work orders for sign & paint crews.
• Present technical recommendations to Transportation Commission and advisory committees.
• Review plans and conduct transportation impact analyses for mitigation requirements.
• Coordinate with ADOT and MetroPlan on planning model outputs.
• Assist in development and submission of grant applications.
