The Transportation Engineer Specialist - Section Manager position with the State of West Virginia oversees the Local Program Services Section Leader role within the Planning Division of the WVDOH. You will supervise CDS/FLAP, TA, RTP, and Agreements/Expenditures units and lead high‑level section and regional management across central divisions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in West Virginia or eligible by comity within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, mechanical, industrial, petroleum, mining, environmental, engineering technology, or related field from ABET-accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Local Program Services section and supervise multiple units (CDS/FLAP, TA, RTP, Agreements/Expenditures).
