State of West Virginia is seeking an entry level professional engineer who will act as project manager within the Engineering In-House Design Section. The role involves developing construction and right-of-way plans, coordinating with divisions, districts, and consultants, and assembling PS&E packages for construction.

Knowledge of OpenRoads Designer is preferred. The incumbent may supervise Engineers-in-Training and Transportation Engineering Technicians, and will support daily operations of

Competenze

• Licensed P.E. in WV or eligible via comity within 6 months.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 4+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Serve as project manager for assigned projects within the Engineering In-House Design Section.
• Coordinate with other Divisions, Districts, and consultants on construction and right-of-way plans.
• Assist with project scoping, peer plan reviews, and PS&E package assembly for construction.
• Conduct site visit review meetings during project development; supervise EITs and technicians.
