Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer for Kentucky locations (Glasgow, Louisville, Lexington, Owensboro). You will lead transportation design efforts, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor junior staff within STV's Transportation division.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a KY PE license, and 10+ years of experience with KYTC and local KY municipalities. The role offers growth across highway/interchange projects and multimodal improvements across STV's South

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• KY Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior engineer delivering KYTC projects and coordinating with design teams to produce quality deliverables within schedule and budget.
• Provide QA/QC for engineering deliverables and assist with technical specifications, cost estimates, reports, and final bid packages.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, train teams, and assist with responses to RFPs and strategic planning for future projects.
