Qualifications

• PE license is mandatory.
• Experience in roadway/highway or traffic engineering.
• Interest in Phase 1 engineering and early project development.
• Familiarity with feasibility studies and transportation planning.
• PTOE certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Phase 1 engineering and transportation planning for a major infrastructure project.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, planning activities and early-stage project development.
• Evaluate roadway, highway and traffic considerations during planning.
• Analyze existing transportation conditions and identify potential impacts.
• Support development of transportation solutions and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Apply engineering judgment to identify constraints and opportunities.
• Contribute to planning documents and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies and project partners.
