- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transportation engineering and/or planning projects from concept through completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with public-sector and private-sector clients and agencies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Chicago region and Illinois.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and planners.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and offices to deliver high-quality projects.
