Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED; age 21+.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR certification as required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations.
• Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections.
• Complete driving logs and documentation.
• Report resident changes in condition.
• Follow OSHA, infection control and safety standards.
