Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Transportation Driver in Hood River, Oregon, to support our mission of compassionate, innovation-driven senior care. You will ensure timely, safe community-sponsored transportation for elders, families, and staff, while upholding the highest safety standards.

You will transport to medical appointments, activities, and off-site events, perform regular vehicle checks, and maintain dependable attendance.

Qualifications

Proof of personal automobile insurance.
Eligible to drive and pass an MVR check.
Regular, reliable attendance.
Ability to communicate with elders, families, team members, vendors, and the public.
Meet health requirements, including TB, if applicable.
Pass a criminal background check.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to elders, families, and team members.
Prioritize elder safety and satisfaction.
Transport elders to and from medical appointments, activities, shopping errands, and off-site events.
Complete routine vehicle inspection checks.
