Fellowship Community seeks a CDL Driver to transport residents safely and reliably, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements. You will help move residents within our senior living campus while upholding our core values of relationships, innovation, growth, stewardship and excellence.

You will operate and maintain facility vehicles, assist with upkeep, and follow HIPAA/privacy rules to protect residents’ information.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver’s License and CDL with passenger endorsement; safe driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to push/pull/move heavy objects repeatedly
• Familiarity with geriatrics and long-term care; strong customer-service orientation
• Excellent verbal/written English communication

Responsabilités

• Transport residents in a safe, courteous, and conscientious manner
• Operate facility vehicles/equipment in an orderly way and follow established policies and procedures
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and assist with upkeep as needed
• Maintain Pa. DOT and OSHA compliance; follow HIPAA/privacy expectations
• Support a safe environment using universal precautions for infectious materials
